The Challenge

Catapult Seacoast hosts a steady cadence of founder‑focused programming—pitch events, workshops, community gatherings, and public showcases. While these events were high‑energy and impactful in person, they lacked consistent, high‑quality visual documentation to support:

Post‑event storytelling
Marketing and outreach
Grant reporting and partner visibility
Long‑term archival use

The challenge was not simply to “take photos,” but to capture events in a way that reflected:

The Approach

Dj approached the role of event photographer with an emphasis on intentional documentation rather than passive coverage.
